Why an 'anti-consultancy'? We were the antithesis of a big consulting company, rather performing an against-the-grain, ancillary service to supplement long-term reports and roadmaps.
Our service was giving medium and large New Zealand corporations and organisations valuable perspectives surrounding their overall impact. Saliently, our focus is on their environmental, social, and governance standards and how they can deliver immediate dividends to all stakeholders in their value chain—all through effective short-term strategy.
Companies of all types require actionable insights and perspectives. This not only assists with the development of macro-level sustainable strategy, but to ensure optimal alignment with their customers, employees, and wider stakeholders.
An opportunity exists to create a consulting and services business that is focused on the short-term assessment of a company’s key challenges. This is around sustainability and perspective or initial responses to those.
A plethora of resources and services are available to businesses to develop medium- and long-term strategies. Yielding successful results from this work requires a solid understanding of the current state of a company’s social license and the holistic sentiment of consumers.
Specifically, many companies are aware of and challenged by the growing impact of consumers in Generation Z on their business both directly (as consumers) and indirectly (as influencers of note to consumers).
